Jennifer L. Colagiovanni is an attorney at Wachler & Associates, P.C. Ms. Colagiovanni practices in all areas of healthcare law and devotes a substantial portion of her practice to regulatory compliance, physician contracting, and reimbursement matters, including Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor audit defense. She also counsels healthcare providers on enrollment, professional licensing, and fraud and abuse matters.
Ms. Colagiovanni graduated Cum Laude from Wayne State University Law School where she was nominated to the Order of the Coif. She graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a B.A. in History.
Ms. Colagiovanni brings almost a decade of healthcare law experience to Wachler & Associates. She was previously a partner in the Law Offices of Fehn, Robichaud & Colagiovanni, PLLC, a boutique healthcare law firm, where she advised healthcare providers and suppliers on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. Ms. Colagiovanni worked as a Staff Attorney at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education, where she developed practical legal resources and live seminars for practicing attorneys, including serving as lead content developer for the Health Law Institute. She also served as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Wayne State University Law School where she led and managed the law school’s Office of Student Affairs.
Ms. Colagiovanni is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Health Care Law Section and Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, as well as a founding member of the Mindfulness in Law Society’s Michigan Chapter.
